At Safety4Women, we believe every woman deserves to feel calm, confident and free to enjoy life.

Our mission is to help women recognise danger early, trust their instincts, and make confident decisions before it becomes dangerous.

Because the earlier you recognise a problem, the more choices you have.

Meet Francisa Miller

Hi, I'm Francisa,

Hi, I'm Francisa,

For more than 35 years, I've been helping women, families and communities build confidence through karate, personal safety and practical self-defence.

As a 7-th Degree Black Belt, four-time Australian Karate Champion and international medallist, I've learned that real safety isn't about being stronger than someone else. It's about recognising danger early, trusting your instincts, and making confident decisions before a situation becomes dangerous.

At just 4'11", I've spent my life proving that confidence, awareness and good judgement matter far more than size.

My passion is helping women feel calmer, more confident and free to enjoy life.

What others are saying

Marie Black, 18

Solo traveller, Europe (2026)

"I started karate classes with Sensei Francisa when I was only 13. Training was practical and often applied to real-life situations, but more than that, I was pushed both physically and mentally, stepping out of my comfort zone and constantly challenging myself.

Sensei Francisa is a truly inspiring teacher, and the stories and ideas she brought to training made it such a valuable experience. I can confidently say that, as a result of her classes, I've gained skills and self-belief that have stayed with me ever since.

Now, six years later, at the age of 18, I'm confidently travelling solo through Europe—something that would have seemed much less manageable otherwise."

Jess Young, 30

Inner Strength

"Training with Sensei Francisa has shaped who I am today.

When I first started, I lacked confidence and constantly second-guessed myself. Through her guidance, I learned far more than self-defence or karate. She taught me how to stand tall, speak up and believe in myself.

Her teaching is empowering, caring and practical. She sees your strength before you do, then helps you grow into it.

Today, I walk through life with greater confidence, self-assurance and awareness. I notice things I would never have seen before, and I feel more prepared in everyday life.

I'm so grateful for everything she's taught me."
